About VULENO Study
VULENO Study is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help students learn, study, and improve academic productivity. VULENO Study is operated by Peyla Technologies. By creating an account or using any VULENO Study service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under the applicable age of majority or minimum service age in your jurisdiction, you must obtain required parental or guardian consent before using VULENO.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use VULENO Study for lawful educational purposes, to respect the intellectual property rights of others, and to follow your institution’s rules concerning AI use, plagiarism, examinations, and submitted work. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before relying on it for academic submissions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use VULENO Study for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorised access, malware distribution, copyright infringement, privacy violations, payment abuse, or scraping intended to defeat usage limits. You must not attempt to bypass credits, subscriptions, or other access controls, or use automated systems to access the service in ways that circumvent intended usage limits. VULENO may take action against accounts that violate these rules.
Account requirements
To use VULENO Study, you must create an account with a valid email address. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to use educational services in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent. You must not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to evade limits, credits, trials, moderation, or payment controls.
User content and uploads
You retain the rights you already own in materials you upload to VULENO Study. You grant VULENO the limited permission to store, process, display, transform, and return your content to provide the requested features. You must only upload content you are authorised to use. VULENO does not claim ownership of your uploaded study materials. Private uploaded materials are not exposed to other users.
Marketplace
Sellers in the VULENO marketplace must own or have permission to sell every listing. Pirated textbooks, unauthorised lecture slides, leaked examinations, paid course materials, recordings, confidential institutional documents, and other infringing material are prohibited. VULENO may review reports and remove or restrict listings that violate this policy.
AI-generated content disclaimer
VULENO Study uses artificial intelligence to generate tutoring responses, lessons, flashcards, quizzes, summaries, and other educational content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should always verify important information with authoritative sources such as your textbooks, lecturers, or official course materials. VULENO is not responsible for academic decisions made based on AI-generated content. Users remain responsible for following their institution’s academic integrity policies.
Subscription terms
VULENO Study offers free and paid subscription plans. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation procedures, and plan entitlements are presented at checkout and on our pricing page. Paid plans are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the available billing controls. You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun, except where required by applicable law.
Credits
VULENO credits are internal usage units that allow access to AI features. Credits are not cash, stored monetary value, or a guarantee of a fixed number of AI responses. The feature-specific credit cost and remaining balance are shown where practical. Failed generations do not consume credits where the disclosed feature rules state that a failed generation is not billable.
Limitation of liability
VULENO Study and Peyla Technologies provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VULENO and Peyla Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or academic opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, AI models, integrations, usage limits, or pricing at any time. We will communicate material changes appropriately through the app or by email. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. If a paid feature is materially changed or discontinued, affected subscribers will be notified.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms, fraud, infringement, security threats, or abuse, subject to applicable law. Users may request account deletion through the available support process. Upon termination, your right to use VULENO Study ends, but these Terms remain in effect for any provisions that by their nature should survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VULENO Study shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
