Corrections Policy
Last updated: August 2025
Our commitment to accuracy
We strive to publish accurate, reliable content. But mistakes happen. When they do, we correct them promptly and transparently. This policy explains how.
How to report an error
If you find an error in any VULENO article, guide, or resource, please contact us through our contact page. Include the URL of the page, the specific error, and, if possible, a reliable source for the correct information.
How we handle corrections
- Factual errors: we correct factual errors as soon as we verify them. We update the content and, where appropriate, add a note that the article was corrected.
- Outdated information: we update content when information becomes outdated. The "last updated" date reflects when the content was last reviewed.
- Typos and minor errors: we fix typos and minor errors without a correction note, as they do not affect the substance of the content.
- Significant errors: for significant factual errors, we correct the content, add a correction note explaining what was changed, and update the "last updated" date.
AI-generated content
AI tools used within VULENO (AI tutor, AI classroom, flashcard generation) can make mistakes. AI-generated study content is provided as a learning aid, not as a guaranteed source of truth. Always verify important information from reliable sources, especially for exams and assignments. VULENO is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
Response time
We review all error reports and aim to correct verified errors within 1-2 business days. For complex topics that require additional research, corrections may take longer.
